At Ziv, we take great pride in crafting each piece of jewellery with utmost care and precision to ensure its quality. As a result, all purchases are final, and we do not accept Returns.

Exchanges are availabe only for damaged goods, or for the products which were delivered damaged/broken/defected. Exchange can be requested through WhatsApp +91 9149121226 within 24 Hours of Delivery, which means you have 24 Hours after receiving your item to request an Exchange of the product which was delivered in damaged state.

To be eligible for an Exchange, you will need to shoot an unboxing video while opening your parcel which clearly shows that seal is yet to be broken. If the product is seems to be damaged in the video after you break the seal, we will replace the product with the same item or you can send it back to us and claim a refund. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving the Returned Product, our team will inspect the same and notify you whether or not the Exchange or refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund on your original payment method within 7 to 10 working day or the dispatch details for your replacement. At Ziv, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Cancellation can be made within 24 Hours of placing an Order. If we haven't processed it yet, we will initiate the refund which will get credited to your original payment method within 10 Working Days. If the order has already been processed, INR 200 will be Charged for processing Reverse Shipping irrespective of total bill amount.
